1. Services
Hot Player provides a media player application license and IPTV subscription services. The media player is a tool for playing user-provided content. The IPTV service provides access to live channels and on-demand content via a managed playlist.
2. Player License
The player license grants you the right to use Hot Player application on one device per license. Licenses are available as 1-year or lifetime plans. Lifetime means the lifetime of the current version of the application.
3. IPTV Subscription
IPTV subscriptions are billed periodically as selected. Service will be activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We reserve the right to modify channel lineups without prior notice.
4. Refund Policy
Player license activations are non-refundable once activated. IPTV subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the service does not function as advertised. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials with third parties. Any violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hot Player is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
